I VELUX Accessories, hvor vi er 500 medarbejdere, fokuserer vi på udvikling, produktion og sourcing af solafskærmningsprodukter, rulleskodder, elektronik og indbygningsprodukter. Inden for VELUX Accessories har vi aktiviteter i såvel Danmark som Frankrig, Tjekkiet og Kina.

Du bliver en del af den mekaniske udviklingsafdeling og kollega med ca. 30 dygtige og veluddannede medarbejdere, hvor du vil indgå i et kompetent materialeteam på i alt 3 kolleger.

Dine opgaver og udfordringer
Du får dine egne ansvarsområder, hvor du bliver ansvarlig for, at der anvendes de mest optimale materialer i VELUX konstruktioner. Ligeledes får du ansvar for at formidle din viden videre til dine kolleger i R&D.

Axellus A/S søger pr. 5. august 2013 en produktudvikler til et barselsvikariat i afdelingen Farmaceutisk Udvikling.  Farmaceutisk Udvikling består af en afdelingsleder, en produktudvikler og 2 udviklingsassistenter. Vikariatet forventes at vare ca. 9 måneder.

A 2-year post doctoral position in Magnetic Resonance is available in the Biomedical Engineering group at DTU Electrical Engineering where we conduct research in: Ultrasound - hardware related implementation as well as imaging, flow estimation and ultrasound techniques, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Signal Processing, Biomechanics and Biomedicine.

Hyperpolarized Metabolic Magnetic Resonance (MR) is an exciting new method for the study of in vivo biochemistry in real time. The hyperpolarization method is based on Dynamic Nuclear Polarization (DNP) in the solid state at low temperature. DNP involves transfer of electron polarization to nuclear spins in the solid sample by irradiation with microwaves. The frequency of the microwave field is typically in the range 100-300 GHz. Polarization can also be cross polarized between nuclear spins with resonance frequencies in the radiofrequency range (10-400 MHz). To achieve the maximum efficiency of the polarization transfer between electron and nuclear spins, resonant structures at multiple frequencies are needed.

Kvalifikationer til stillingen som udviklingschef:

• Kemiingeniør eller evt. cand.scient. i kemi eller bioteknologi

We are looking for a scientist with an interest in clinical research, TB and translational immunology. You will be responsible for building up a human immunology group and the job includes management responsibilities in this regard.

• Building up a human immunology group
• Involved in design and coordination of clinical trials and research projects primarily within TB vaccines and TB diagnostics
• Responsible for the introduction/development of novel in vitro immunological assays for the assessment of vaccine activity
• Clinical data interpretation, preparation of scientific manuscripts and presentations at international meetings
• Fundraising for clinical trials

Qualifications

• Research experience within human immune assays
• Previous experience with vaccine research and clinical trials  is an advantage

Med reference til afdelingschefen for VVS vil du indgå i et team på 25 medarbejdere, hvor du vil få en betydelig rolle i at videreudvikle firmaets ekspertise inden for VVS- og ventilations-installationer til sygehuse. Endvidere får du til opgave at:

• Deltage i projektering af VVS- og ventilationsopgaver, herunder til sygehuse
• Formidle din viden inden for sygehusområdet in- og eksternt
• Være fagansvarlig på udvalgte projekter.

Du er bygningsingeniør med flere års erfaring inden for VVS-området fra rådgivende ingeniør-firma(er). We are seeking a postdoc to help providing a data basis for comparison of electrolysis technologies.

Job description
You will carry out systems simulations (balance of plant level) with the aim to identify the most efficient and cost competitive schemes for integrating electrolysis in the future, sustainable energy system. Your main task will be to develop and/or use modeling tools with thermodynamic, kinetic and economic input data.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or similar.
• A strong background in computer modeling techniques will be required and past experience should be documented in your application.
• Insight in chemical process engineering as well as thermodynamics and chemical reaction kinetics will be important.
• Similarly you should be able to work independently, to plan and carry out complicated tasks in a large, dynamic research environment.

The place of work will be the DTU Risø campus near Roskilde.

Applications are invited for a position as professor in Fisheries Genetics. The professorship is affiliated with the National Institute of Aquatic Resources (DTU Aqua), Section for Marine Living Resources, Research Group for Population Genetics in Silkeborg.

The main research area of population genetics is research on distribution of genetic/genomic resources within and among wild and aquaculture populations in marine and freshwater to describe how processes such as local adaptation, climate change and fishing affect the distribution of resources in time and space. Additionally, genetic traceability tools are developed.

Responsibilities and tasks
The primary research focus of the professor is population genetic structure of commercially and recreationally exploited marine, freshwater and anadromous species, coupled with application and implementation of genetic stock identification methods, such as individual assignment and mixed stock analysis, for fisheries management and traceability of fish and fish products.

Applications are invited for a position as professor with special assignments (MSA) in research, public sector consultancy and innovation. The scientific focus is shellfish ecology and production. The professorship is affiliated with the National Institute of Aquatic Resources (DTU Aqua), with work location at Danish Shellfish Centre (DSC) in Nykøbing Mors.

The Danish Shellfish Centre (DSC) conducts research, gives advice and fosters innovation in sustainable farming, fishing and industrial processing of shellfish and seaweed. This is achieved by exploiting coastal natural living resources for the benefit of local communities, seafood industry and the environment. Research addresses different aspects of shellfish and seaweed biology, ecology and production including e.g. long-line cultivation of mussels, oyster hatching, prawn and crab fishery and environmental impact of shellfish production.
