TEGnology ApS is looking for an internationally oriented CEO to be responsible for implementing the business strategy, completing product development and positioning the company for scalable growth. You will be the key player we rely on to identify business opportunities on an international scale. This includes substantial networking and building up key relationships with potential customers and negotiating and closing business deals. You are offered a competitive base salary in line with the early-stage nature of the company. Extensive travel activity is required for this position as focus is on international opportunities in specific market segments. In addition, you will get a bonus plan which acts similar to stock warrants.

As CEO you will have the overall commercial responsibility and are empowered by the board to execute the business plan. Compensation consists of a base salary with pension plan and upside participation upon a liquidity event.

The company is now moving into a new and more commercial phase and is therefore hiring a CEO to be in charge of this process.

As CEO you are responsible for developing the company and executing the business plan.

You are responsible for:

• networking; identifying and developing cooperation with potential business partners
• developing value propositions and business cases to potential business partners
• leading a team of young and dedicated developers

Solid commercial and technical knowledge from the industry

You probably have an engineering background and you have solid commercial and international experience from the solar cell industry. You are experienced in negotiations at C-level and you are prepared for the challenges in a small entrepreneurial company where business opportunities change fast.
