We are now increasing our focus on excellence in contract management and we are therefore looking for a new Group Legal Counsel.

You will be one of the key persons in our business support and will be offered a challenging job in an international environment, collaborating across functions, business areas and cultures. We also expect you to be able to impact our organisation to a higher general awareness on important contractual terms and conditions - through collaboration with our skilled project managers.

Responsibility
With reference to the Director, Consultancy at DHI Denmark, you will be given the following responsibilities:

• Contract reviews with optimization of terms and conditions
• Support to contract negotiations
• Advice DHI Group including subsidiaries on issues related with international corporate, contract and construction law
