Marketing Consultant – regional marketing coordination
Are you motivated by marketing and international marketing coordination, and would a position where you get the opportunity to influence job responsibility and content appeal to you? We want to strengthen our marketing setup and we therefore have an opening for a strong marketing profile to the position as Marketing Consultant in the global marketing and sales support department. We are a part of Danfoss District Energy – a growth division with big plans for the future. Our product portfolio covers heat exchangers, substations and electronic and mechanical controls for district heating. We have many professional customers around the world. The job will require approx. 20-25 traveling days a year.
Launch planning, marketing concept deployment and customer programme execution You will be the key driver of successful launch planning, marketing concept deployment, activity and customer programme execution and tracking across our international organisation. To secure market proximity and partnering with our local Danfoss District Energy (DEN) sales directors and marketing managers, this position will also include responsibility for regional marketing coordination with main markets in our Northern region (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Poland). Furthermore, your areas of responsibility will include:
- Launch planning, marketing deployment, activity execution and tracking
- Development and roll-out of marketing launch/brand concepts
- Integrated communication across channels/platforms and customer programmes
- Ensuring brand consistency in our communication with key target groups world-wide
- Regional market coordination - in DEN North region, including follow-up DEN market plans, local marketing plans and alignment of marketing budget and processes
- Being CRM marketing process owner, taking the lead on getting optimum use of CRM system opportunities in a DEN global marketing context
International marketing experience, global mindset and communication skills You have a master’s degree in marketing communication (or similar) and exhaustive experience from an international B-t-B or B-t-C marketing position. You have a proven track record with launch planning and implementation/execution processes and have created visible results globally/regionally in this respect. You are in possession of a global mindset and have the ability to motivate, inspire, and influence others and work across functions in an international environment. You are able to develop and implement strategic plans and concepts, shape messages and create communication concepts and your excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to coordinate with and involve multiple stakeholders across the organisation. Finally, you have excellent English skills, written as well as spoken, preferably supplemented by German or other relevant languages.
