You have a project management track record equivalent to IPMA B level, 8-10 years experience with project management including 3-5 years experience with programme management.

The challenges
With reference to the Head of the Market Project Office team, you will be responsible for initiating and driving programmes and strategic projects within the VELUX Market organisation.

As the Market Project Office team is a newly established function, you will also play a key role in making the function a value adding partner to the VELUX Market organisation. A crucial part of this will be to master the balance between supporting and challenging the organisation - with the aim of creating a stronger and more agile project culture.

Furthermore, you will support and spar with project managers within the VELUX Market organisation on project objectives setting, planning and execution and take an active part in their development.

Being part of a global organisation, you can expect to travel 30-40 days annually.
