We are looking for a Traffic Manager to join the VELUX Communication Agency (VCA) team, which is responsible for developing communication for corporate and sales companies internationally.

The position is newly established so we are looking for a new colleague with experience in working with booking and resource planning.

Working closely with project managers, you will be responsible for assessing resource needs so that projects can be properly delegated to team members based on current and future workloads. You will also run minor projects and assignments within the agency and ensure they meet customer expectations and deadlines.

Main areas of responsibilities are:

• Supporting project management in planning/booking of creative and production resources in order to meet project milestones and deadlines
• Optimising use of resources and reorganising bookings when necessary to meet deadlines
