As Nordic Brand Manager your key responsibility is to develop and implement the brand strategy in accordance with corporate brand guidelines adapted to
national market requirements (Brand Champion). Furthermore you will prepare operational marketing plans using customer and market insights to maximize the brand's short, medium and long term objectives. Your interaction will be with the Marketing Team, all Customer Facing Teams, Finance, Regulatory and International Brand Team, externally with KOLs, key prescribers and agencies.
Other tasks:
- Identify and implement effective operational marketing tools e.g. e-detailing, brand web pages, PR etc.
- Prepare brand related customer facing tools to assure full brand messaging and customer access.
- Identify key trends and major drivers. Monitor and control promotional expenditure, etc. within brand area.
- Drive market research activities to obtain customer insights and to ensure effective brand communication.
You have experience with marketing and brand management and preferably prior experience from a commercial Pharma Industry role e.g. sales. Besides you have in-depth knowledge of the healthcare system in Denmark and the ability to translate strategy into tactical plans, together with a solid knowledge of marketing tools. Furthermore you have excellent presentation and communications skills and you are a proficient user of CRM systems. Your educational background can be in Business and/or in Natural Science, but your personality is more important.
As a person you are self-motivated, outgoing and are used to be out in the field meeting with customers and KOL's as well. You have analytical skills and great decision making - and problem solving abilities.
