Online Customer Service Manager

As Online Customer Service Manager you are responsible for Online Customer Service in Europe and will report to the Logistic Manager. You will cooperate closely with the 3 Distribution Centres, the Online Customer Service departments in the European countries, Retail and the e-business Manager. The job is to develop and sustain the Online Service Platform in JYSK Nordic.
As Online Customer Service Manager you will have the functional reference responsibility for the employees in the Customer Service departments.
The main responsibilities are:
* Define, describe and maintain Online Customer Service procedures for all countries
* Communicate and implement the procedures with respect for the local standards
* Train Online Customer Service employees to execute customer service professionally
* Define and implement best practice in all countries
* Follow up on Online Customer Service performance and ensure execution of corrective actions.
You have a relevant business oriented education. However, practical experience is most important. The ideal candidate has a couple of years of experience working with Online Customer Service - preferably within retail and/or international experience.
You are a well structured, entrepreneurial, proactive and professional Project Leader with strong teambuilding skills, who naturally takes responsibility for both projects and people. Furthermore you have a practical approach and get things done.

Travel: 20-40 days in Europe per year
