Sauer-Danfoss is searching for a Sourcing Project Manager to ensure successful implementation of procurement projects across our global multi-site organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Identifying, managing and implementing procurement projects with main focus in the area of electronic & electronic/mechanical components. Projects include: cost reductions, supplier consolidation, re-sourcing, value engineering, and support of product launches.
• Partner with the PVG Business Area (BA) to verify specifications, establish project resource plans, drive DFM focus, and set project expectations.
• Ensure timeliness of the project deliverables, continuous development of a project pipeline and delivery of expected results.

Qualifications:

• B.A./B.S degree from college or university, five to seven years related procurement, project management.
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English, strong facilitation and analytical skills and a personal desire to succeed.
• Knowledge and experience in hydraulic market (components or systems) or electronics is preferred.
