You will join the Helios Program - a key strategic IT and business change program with reporting line directly to the top management. We are looking for 4 Business Process Experts who can secure that our Finance applications within:
- Accounts Receivable
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payables
- Project and Inventory
Anticipate a challenging job with a highly international outlook where you have +100 yearly days travelling to sites all over the world. Your base is at our headquarters in Valby, Copenhagen.
Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Accounts Paybles, Project and Inventory
As part of the Helios Program team you develop and implement systems as well as business processes across FLSmidth together with 5 colleagues in Finance. This takes Oracle experience and the ability to cooperate across geographical, professional and cultural borders.
In close cooperation with other Business Process Expert you drive project tasks within your area of responsibility – on both the strategic and the operational level. In detail, this involves:
- executing process validation workshops with stakeholders on site
- securing a proper interpretation of identified business requirements
- participating in system integration and user acceptance tests
- facilitating mentoring of the Business Process team and knowledge sharing
Over time, you also contribute to optimising the knowledge base and to broadening our knowledge of core business processes. If you have the ambitions and the skills, this could be a launching pad to fuel your career opportunities further in FLSmidth.
Strong consultancy skills and solid Finance experience
Above all, your track record should mirror solid understanding of Finance, including the development of processes. Your experience is backed by a relevant technical or business degree. You have very strong consultancy skills and are comfortable challenging managers and specialists at any organisational level. This includes strategic understanding of the total value chain and the ability to point out the specific benefits for the end-user.
You think in terms of optimisations that enable us to do business in an even better way and excel at analyzing complex business systems and structures from a commercial perspective. You have solid analytical skills and are able to plan far ahead. On a personal level, you thrive in a dynamic and team-oriented atmosphere where you are required to assume vast responsibility. Besides being a strong team player, you are comfortable working in a multi-stakeholder environment spanning geographical borders and cultural differences.
