Job profile
You will join Projects & Technology in Kolding, however as Scanenergi Solutions’ ambassador at the customers’sites you will have all of Europe as your workplace. Projects & Technology is responsible for implementing energy saving projects in industries. We cover technology, change management and software and we are selling performance, not products.
Your overall focus is design, basic engineering and implementation of technical energy saving projects in industries in Europe aiming to create sustainable utility savings for our customers. As Technical Project Manager you will be a key person, linking customers and Scanenergi Solutions during the implementation phase of your projects – typically 1 year of duration.
Moreover, you will:
- Be in charge of technical project budgets, resources and time schedules
- Manage Sub-Contractors – local as well as international
- Work with Technical Management as well as lower levels regarding implementation and commissioning of technical solutions
- Contribute to the development of internal project processes and tools as well as competencies in the organisation
Your profile
You have an Engineering degree at Master’s level within mechanics, chemistry, environment or energy. Added to this, you have +10 years’ engineering and installation management experience from a career within food, beverage, pulp & paper or another process industry. This has provided you with technical knowledge within cooling and thermal systems. Your travel experience has sharpened your ability to cover more roles when needed, and you are used to use your English and German language skills.
Your success will further depend on your structured way of working and your ability to independently create results based on defined processes and tools acting as a true team player. The character of the job also demands solid communication skills and an extrovert and openminded attitude to geographical and cultural differences.
