Do you want to lead a dedicated supply chain organisation and ensure a strong performance culture across organisational levels? At Danfoss High Pressure Pumps (HPP) we are 105 visionary and innovative employees manufacturing high pressure pumps and valves for different water segments. We are on the lookout for a skilled leadership profile that can further develop our supply chain. You will be key responsible for the overall supply chain results and globally drive supply chain performance.
 
Secure a strong performance culture and customer focus
You report directly to the Vice President and will be part of and play an active role as key contributor in the HPP management team. Your mission is to lead and develop the entire supply chain organisation and create a successful outsourcing strategy focusing on flexibility and product availability according to market demands. Securing continuous improvement in quality, delivery and cost competitiveness is another key task. You are actively involved in developing external partners according to our needs and secure continuous optimisation of internal production. To achieve success you must attain year over year quality improvement in a zero defect approach, reduction of lead time and improvement in total cost.
 
Leadership skills and heavy supply chain management experience
You hold a proven track record which mirrors solid experience within supply chain management, logistics and strategic purchasing. As such you have acquired strong skills within management of outsourced production and have demonstrated that you can create solid results through direct and third party teams. All of this is complemented by sound experience in machining and assembly of complex steel products. In addition, you are a gifted leader with strong coaching skills who motivates employees to perform and achieve results. And since you are highly self-driven, you thrive on working independently and on giving that bit of extra to secure the successful outcome. As a strong communicator you can easily articulate the clear direction and cooperate across disciplines and geography. For this, you need solid English skills – written and spoken. Lastly, you are able to maintain the customer focus at all times.
