As Associate Director you will focus on improvement of business processes and applications and will be the primary IT point of contact for the Hillerød site. You will develop, direct and oversee all IT activities related to Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain and will be responsible for the successful execution of IT related projects at the Hillerød site. You will provide leadership to the local IT group and collaborate closely with IT resources at other global locations.
Other major responsibilities are:
* Embody One IT and deal effectively with all of the site's technology needs and furthermore ensure IT is moving according to strategy.
* Responsible for the successful installation, validation and support of critical engineering systems to include Oracle ERP, LIMS, Trackwise, PI, SBOL, InfoBatch, Discoverant, Agile Docs and the SQL Cluster.
* Ensure alignment of Global projects with local business.
* Proactive in identifying solutions or opportunities that improve Business processes and the subsequent implementation of these improvements.
* Prepare business cases and create value propositions to stakeholders.
* Contribute actively to the Site Leadership team and the Global IT team on a strategic level.
Your educational background can be a M.Sc. in either Business, Information Technology or Engineering preferrable supplemented with a Business degree, combined with a minimum of 10 years of relevant (IT project) experience from the Pharmaceutical -, Medical Device -, Food industry or related. Experience from a Manufacturing/Engineering and/or Supply Chain environment is required. You have a strong business understanding and a solid background within business process improvement, business analysis and operational excellence, together with experience with ERP/MIS/MES systems. Knowledge of different IT systems like Oracle ERP, LIMS, Trackwise, Infobatch, Agile Docs, SBOL, Discoverant and SQL Cluster is an advantage. As well are skills in Root Cause Analysis and TQM, Six Sigma or the like.
You have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and you are comfortable with operating at all levels of the organization, which enables you to communicate concepts to both business and technical audiences, together with the ability to effectively balance priorities to optimize resources. Furthermore you provide creative thinking and have the ability to successfully support teams and coach them in reaching their goals aligned with their Line Managers throughout the organization. You have a high level of energy and are able to navigate in a complex organizational setup with multiple stakeholders.
