Group IT is looking for a systems administrator for our client and server infrastructure team to optimise our focus on delivering service and operation. You will see to the daily operations by ensuring that incidents and service requests are handled through the service desk. Furthermore, you will be handling systems according to the SLA and ensure stable operations of service in the respective areas. We expect you to see to that events in Solar’s monitoring system(s) are handled according to agreed processes.
