You probably have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
We believe you have at least 5 years of experience from customer service, preferably in a multinational corporation.
It is important that you have stong leadership skills and that you are action orientated with an international mindset.
In order to be successful in the position we believe you have a strong knowledge and understanding of coaching and developing the employees.
Fluency in speaking and writing English and in one Scandinavian language is a prerequisite for the position. You also have excellent communication skills.
As a person you are motivating, analytical, business oriented and you have drive. You are also flexible, self-confident and have strong problem solving and decision making ability.

Job description

The Customer Operations Manage will:
- Lead the customer operations team in Copenhagen and in Helsinki.
- Coach and Develop all team members.
- Maximise the Performance Management Process to provide for feedback to employees on their strengths and opportunities for development.
- Conduct regular Team Meetings.
- Identify and pro-actively support process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that the processes in place are well designed, defined, documented controlled and implemented.
- Support delivery of IT enhancements to enable improved operational effectiveness.
- Provide MI and Reports as required to Regional Operations Manager.
- Provide strong support to Commercial team and establish positive relations with clients.
- Ensure the Operation remains within cost and budgetary targets.
