PostGraduate Program Manager
Would you like to work in a large international organisation, attracting newly qualified and top motivated young talents and kick-starting their careers? Danfoss offer postgraduates a two-year rotation program especially designed for them, where they get on-the-job-training in different departments – the so called PostGraduate Program. Danfoss PostGraduate Program has undergone major changes during the process of globalisation and now it needs to be upgraded to the next version in order to reflect the rest of Danfoss. Are you ready to lead this change? As PostGraduate Program Manager you are in charge of the conceptualisation of the program and global alignment. We look forward to welcoming you in Corporate HR in Nordborg.
Concept, strategy, branding
You have the overall responsibility for the PostGraduate Program and you devise and develop concepts to adjust and align the program. You represent Danfoss in global and corporate partnerships and in close dialog with Danfoss Global Services. Your key tasks are:
- Build strong link to global employer branding
- Develop a frame for the selection of and cooperation with key educational institutions
- Upgrade PostGraduate Program and align with other global processes
Your success is highly dependant of your ability to ensure a robust internal pipeline for young graduate talents. On top of this you manage the internal branding of the program and concept, inciting employees to sign up for the role as Learning Coach functioning as the postgraduate’s personal manager and mentor during the program period.
Engagement and great interpersonal skills
You have a higher educational background and preferably experience from a similar job within young talent management and/or recruitment. You work with great engagement and possess the analytical skills and business acumen needed for developing the concepts and policies. You easily establish and develop networks both internally and externally, and it is very important that you are a strong networker able to cooperate with others, as there are many stakeholders involved in the alignment of the concepts. When needed you are not afraid of digging your heels in, and at the same time you also have the ability to pour oil on troubled waters – securing the global cooperation.
