It is our responsibility to develop and implement global procedures and policies for supporting the mobility activities on a global scale.
Right person, right time, right place, right cost
Your overriding responsibility will be to facilitate smooth transfer of our employees between FLSmidth’s business units all over the world. Being our walking encyclopaedia in mobility issues, you become the important go-to-person for your colleagues and managers around the world. You develop and maintain correct and updated mobility policies and principles enabling us to man our business units with the right resources at right time and at the right cost. Another very essential part of your job will be to support our employees on their way abroad. As such, you remove all the fuzz of resettling so they can perform in their new position. You also:
Ambitious, international mindset
Firstly, you have performed mobility activities and expatriations for some years and have experience from a large global enterprise. Here you have acquired solid knowledge of the expatriation policies and procedures. Now you have the ambitions to dig deeper and use your expertise enhancing the international mobility activities in FLSmidth. Your international experience, solid understanding for other cultures and working methods combined with a degree at minimum bachelor’s level have given you the confidence to act as sparring partner for the management. You are able to understand complex procedures and create a general overview of your many tasks, and you do not lose your footing even when deadlines are many and short, and the pace is high.
