What is the Finance Graduate programme all about?
The 24-month programme is an intense sequence of continuous challenges providing you with a broad range of skills all the while you are part of creating a world-class Finance team striving to provide financial, fact-based insight that will drive Dansk Supermarked forward.

Your primary place of work will be Dansk Supermarked Group’s headquarters in Årslev near Aarhus. The programme will include short placements elsewhere as well.

You will be challenged
We will make sure we challenge you from day one and give you the opportunity to use your theoretical knowledge and transform this into operational financial skills by giving you daily tasks and project work with clear responsibilities for deliveries and deadlines.

Tailored to you
Within the 24 months you will have at least three rotations within the Finance organisation as well as two short placements in the frontline to understand our business and value chain in depth. The flow and content of the rotations are shaped individually to support your future development.

Have you got what it takes?
We are looking for the right mix of personal and professional skills. If you can identify yourself in the skills outlined below, then you might be our next Finance Graduate.

Personal skills
First and foremost you are ambitious, goal oriented and highly motivated and committed to succeed. You have an international mind-set, strong analytical skills and you work well under pressure. You are able to deliver high-quality results on time. You thrive in a role with many different stakeholders, and you have above average communicational skills and an open mind allowing you to work and communicate with colleagues in many departments and on various levels of the company.

Professional skills
You have recently graduated or are about to graduate with a master´s degree well above average. You have relevant work experience either gained during your studies or you have up to a maximum of one year’s full time experience after your graduation.

You have excellent language skills in English - fluent both spoken and written - and strong Excel skills.

International experience through work or studies as well as SAP experience are an advantage.
