During the programme, you will be based at Dansk Supermarked Group’s headquarter in Aarslev. You may also have the opportunity for a short placement in our Shared Service Center in Stettin, Poland.

You will be challenged
We will challenge you from day one and give you continuous feedback on your work and learning. Furthermore, we will give you the opportunity to use your theoretical knowledge and transform this into operational skills by giving you daily tasks and project management. Throughout the programme, you will participate in different learning modules together with graduates from other functional areas.

Tailored to you
In each rotation, you will be given a full position with clear responsibilities for assigned tasks. As you work with the key pillars in HR you will gain invaluable hands-on experience and thus be learning and developing towards your future career within HR. The flow and content of the rotations will be shaped individually to support your future development.

Personal skills
First of all you are ambitious and goal oriented, highly motivated and committed to succeed. You have a natural interest in and understanding of processes combined with an analytical, international mind-set, and you perform well under pressure. You are able to work in a structured manner and meet your deadlines. You thrive in a role with many different stakeholders, and you have good communicational skills and an open mind allowing you to work and communicate with colleagues in many departments and on various levels of the company. You are serviceminded and customer oriented.

Professional skills
You have recently graduated or are about to graduate with a master’s degree with a result well above average within economics, project management, law/economics, organisation & strategy or social science. You have relevant work experience either gained during your studies or you have up to a maximum of one year’s full time experience after your graduation.

You have excellent language skills in English - fluent both spoken and written - and preferably you will have taken one semester abroad during your bachelor or master studies.

You have strong Excel skills.
