What is the E-commerce and Digital Graduate programme all about?
The two-year programme will provide you with comprehensive knowledge of the many different working areas within the E-commerce area; e.g. sales, marketing and digital business development.

During the programme, you will be based in the E-commerce department at Dansk Supermarked Group’s headquarters in Årslev, Aarhus.

You will be challenged
We will make sure we challenge you from day one and give you the opportunity to use your theoretical knowledge, and transform this into operational skills by giving you daily tasks and project work with clear responsibilities for deliveries and deadlines.

Tailored to you
In each rotation, you will be assigned to a team as a fully-fledged member within one of our product categories, working on equal terms with your colleagues. The flow and content of the rotations will be shaped individually to support your future development.

We are looking for the right mix of personal and professional skills. If you can identify yourself in the skills outlined below, then you might be our next E-commerce and Digital Graduate.

Personal skills
First of all you are ambitious and goal oriented, highly motivated and committed to succeed. You have a natural interest in and understanding of the latest trends and tendencies combined with an analytical, international mind-set, good numeracy skills and you work well under pressure. You work in a structured manner and meet your deadlines and thrive in a role with many different stakeholders. You have good communicational skills and an open mind allowing you to work and communicate with colleagues in many departments and on various levels of the company.

Professional skills
You have recently graduated or are about to graduate with a master´s degree in well above average within economics and business admin, e.g. an HA or cand merc. You have relevant work experience either gained during your studies or you have up to a maximum of one year’s full time experience after your graduation.

You have excellent language skills in English - fluent both spoken and written - and international experience through work or studies is an advantage.
